How assistance works

A clear path from need to safer power.

  1. 1
    Tell us what is happening

Submit a short request with your contact information, location, and the electrical concern.

  2. 2
    Eligibility and safety review

We review hardship, urgency, service area, and whether the request fits our charitable program.

  3. 3
    Project planning

If selected, we confirm scope, licensing, permits, materials, scheduling, and available funding.

  4. 4
    Safe work and follow-up

Qualified professionals complete approved work and document the result.

Submitting a request does not guarantee service. For fire, smoke, sparking, or immediate danger, call 911 and your electric utility.

Get started

Request help or help make it possible.

Choose the path that fits you. These forms collect only what is needed for an initial review—do not submit Social Security numbers, bank information, medical records, or identity documents.

Initial intake

Household assistance

This is an initial request or expression of interest, not a promise of service, funding, or tax deductibility.

Power the mission

Bring skills, supplies, funding, or a connection.
